Centre of Technology and Entrepreneurship Development (CTED) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified (Vide No. SISBEL-KYS-0143) non-government organization, registered under the Societies Act of 1860. Founded in 1997 by Er. Sanjai Singh, CTED has, over the past 27 years, empowered 24,000 entrepreneurs across 18 districts through holistic development programs in entrepreneurship, skill development, health, education, and women empowerment.
Operating across multiple states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Maharashtra, CTED collaborates with NABARD, various government bodies, and international organizations. It has trained over 22,000 youths, facilitated 3,400 micro-enterprises, and placed 6,700 individuals in employment opportunities.
Sanjai Singh is a versatile social worker, reformer, and thought leader in entrepreneurship in contemporary India. He founded CTED and elevated it into a leading think tank and knowledge resource center for entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods. With over three decades of experience, his expertise spans skill and entrepreneurship development, cluster development, sustainable agriculture, and agribusiness promotion. He has worked extensively with MSME, ILO, IGNOU, TRIFED, and international NGOs.
A key member of national advisory committees, he has impacted 32,000 villages across multiple states, supporting 1.2 million families in farm and non-farm livelihood promotion.
